The famous and beloved Bollywood comedian, Razzak Khan, passed away today, June 1st, after suffering cardiac arrest during the night.
Khan was brought to the Holy Family Hospital just after midnight, where doctors could do nothing but declare the time of death for the 65-year-old actor. Shehzad Khan, a good friend of Razzad’s announced and confirmed his death over a short Facebook post. The funeral ceremony will be held tomorrow at the Narialwadi Kabaristan in Badra.
Khan was known for his parts in the films like “Raja Hindustani”, “Hello Brother”, “Baadshash”, as well as “Aamdani Atthani Kharcha Rupaiyaa” and “Hera Pheri”.
Many friends and colleagues expressed their sadness over the famous comedian’s passing, sharing touching tweets about Khan’s achievements and kind personality.
Hansal Mehta expressed his feelings through a tweet by paying respect to the actors performance in “Dubai Return” which was never publicly released, or as Mehta put it, “it remained in the cans.”
Fellow comedian Kapil Sharma also tweeted a short but heart-felt message praising Khan’s qualities both as an actor and person.
